On March 6, 2026, Merola Opera Program will hold this year’s Benefit Gala, titled ‘La Bella Voce: A Night of Merola’ at San Francisco’s City Club.
This year’s gala is held in honor of longtime Merola benefactor Bernice Lindstrom, being chaired by Robert Beadle, and exclusively sponsored by Diane B. Wilsey. Patrons will enjoy performances by program alumni and San Francisco Opera Adler Fellows, as well as handcrafted cocktails, gourmet cuisine, and more. They will also have the chance to bid on tickets for Merola’s ‘Signature Events’ where world-class artists are presented in intimate, salon-style performances.
One of the nation’s leading opera programs, Merola has supported and developed numerous singers, pianists, and stage directors over the years through artistic and professional mentorship.
