On December 9, 2025, Curtis Artists Management announced that award-winning guitarist Jason Vieaux has joined the Curtis Institute of Music’s roster of artists for management and representation. An institute faculty member and co-founder of their guitar department, Vieaux’s signing represents a deepening relationship as they represent notable artists worldwide.
“Joining the Curtis Artist Management roster feels like a natural and inspiring next step,” says Vieaux in a press release. “Curtis embodies a remarkable commitment to artistic excellence and a genuine support for musicians, which extends to Curtis Artist Management. It’s also a nice complement to my faculty position at Curtis—a significant part of my career as an artist/teacher.”
Vieaux has performed recitals and chamber music with San Francisco Performances, Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, as well as festivals such as Ravinia, Caramoor, Round Top, and more.
The move comes as Vieaux’s longtime manager, Martha Woods of Jonathan Wentworth Associates readies for retirement after nearly 50 years. “It has been the honor of a lifetime to work with Jason Vieaux, and I am thrilled he will now be a part of the distinguished Curtis roster,” remarked Woods. “My work with him has brought me into collaboration with the excellent Curtis team, and I am honored to work alongside them to support the future of his artistry.”
