Snug Harbor Cultural Center to Present ‘Lucia di Lammermoor’

On March 14, 2026, the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden will present Donizetti’s ‘Lucia di Lammermoor.’

The fully-staged production comes in partnership with the Frank and Lydia Bergen Foundation, as well as the NYC Orchestra Project, and comes as part of the reopening celebrations of Snug Harbor’s Great Hall. There will be a second performance on March 15 at 2:00pm.

The cast features Theodora Cottarel in the title role, with Jonathan Lawlor as Enrico, Ramon Tenefrancia as Edgardo, Ethan Ellis as Arturo, Victor Jaquez as Raimondo, Erin Reppenhagen as Alisa, and William Velasco as Normanno.

“With ‘Lucia di Lammermoor,’ we are excited to bring both dramatic storytelling and musical excellence to Staten Island,” said project director Ramon Tenefrancia in a press release. “This production celebrates emerging artists and meaningful partnerships, creating a performance experience the community will not forget.”
